Pros

Super talented engineers, some well recognized coworkers

Cons

Not a well run business, actually not a business at all. They loathe management which is what they really need. Unstructured and unfair unless part of the "in" crowd which unless you been there from the beginning you are not in. There are better partners out there who pay more and have better benefits for the equivalent expertise. Truthfully, I'm completely shocked they are still around. Apparently they changed their name recently.

Pros

Flexibility to work from home as long as you have the ability to stay focused on your job responsibilities and goals

Cons

NetCraftsmen is small company. This can be good and bad. Working for smaller company your responsibilities are not clearly defined.

Pros

A truly talented group of Engineers and Architects. Unlimited resources around you. We are talking some of the greatest minds in the industry. Upper Management is very transparent and works to make sure that you understand every aspect of where the organization currently is and where they are headed. There is a sense of trust that I have never truly had with another employer.

Cons

Needs to work on repeatable processes.
