      There is no benefit of joining in this company. You will join this company, because you need money, they won't give you the same thing you are working in this company

      There will always be a communication issue Your fluency of English language will be suck if you join this company, they do meetings in regional language, you can't get the requirements where you are going to work. No design patterns are followed in this company No architecture has been followed No financial growth They hire candidates just to exploit

Favoritism appears to influence growth and compensation, while sincere and hardworking employees do not always receive adequate recognition. There are also limited opportunities to learn new technologies, as the company primarily works with older technologies
