- Job description not forthcoming; all technicians are expected to be primarily sales roles, while also being experts in products and repairs and custom solutions. - The manager is incredibly stressed and takes out his frustrations on employees. - Highly unrealistic expectations, bullying. - Training consists of a pile of unhelpful pdfs that we have no time to read. - Store is disorganized, no leadership, unstable infrastructure sets us up for failure. - Management is never present, and is unapproachable and unreachable when I have questions or need help. We are left alone with no guidance and yelled at when mistakes are made. - Management gaslights us when we raise concerns and ask for clarification.
