Marketing team is good at providing opportunities, they will work hard to get you placed in job. Highly Professional in managing the company and easily accessible to their employees.

Pros
Strong company with a wide client base, along with projects in many domains, verticals and horizontals. It is a positive that there are paid days off for holidays for staff, depending upon client needs and requirements. There is a first class, world-wide network in place to serve all the major clients.
Cons
When you have worked on a specific kind of project or with a particular client for a long time, it can be difficult to move on to more variety of work, as your expertise is recognized and becomes specialized, which at times can limit options both within and outside the company.
