Pros
Nice building and office, time flexibility and vacation days are good, on the job they give a lot of freedom can use your creativity, salary in Barcelona is not that poor. Actually if you don’t mind the poor management, it can be good work/life balance.
Cons
Disorganized, poor structure, if you are new be prepared to explore everything by your own. A lot of employees is relative or know each other for a long time, some of them don’t respect new staff, it seems like there’s camera can record the sound in the office, be careful what you say there, some managers are not qualified for what they are doing, sometimes you even need to do other department’s job (marketing or academic etc.) Marketing department doesn’t know how to generate the leads, good luck if you decide to work as sales. Btw, they put the probation period as much as possible, once you don’t have good result be ready to get fired.
