Your pay is commission based, so it all depends on how much product you sell. The amount of product you get depends on the warehouse (not sure how they figure them out - not usually accurate). The quality is also dependent of what the warehouse gets sometimes not great. The % of commission you get has not increased ever, not in the past 5 years even though cost of living has. You have to hire your own part time worker, you have to train them, and their pay and training cost comes out of your pay check. With part time workers requesting higher wages ($14 - $15) it makes it hard. Holidays are super busy because that’s when you sell the most so you don’t get time off. Sometimes deliveries are late, sometimes after the close has open, and Costco
Management gets upset for something you have zero control over. Drivers are nice but also make very low salary, no wonder they can’t retain them and experience shortage of truck drivers.
