The team have been very supportive and welcoming since my first day. There are regular checks on my well-being to ensure I understand and enjoy the work. NatCen ensures employees feel appreciated and that there are opportunities for professional development through training programmes, courses, and events.

Pros

Good support, lots of training. Good if you have a second income.

Cons

Less than honest with me at the start about projected earnings, and 8pm door knocking in winter is wrong by anyone's standards. The management are so used to losing people they are almost expecting the goodbye call.
