Pros

Outdoor Working, Relatively Flexible Hours, Some Very Nice Interview Subjects (interviewees) Good Feeling when interviews are completed and targets met, Decent last resort if you like a challenge

Cons

Pretty much cold calling, Stone-age marketing materials to support the campaigns, Unrealistic targets, Lots & lots of rejection, working evenings and weekends in winter, quite tough physically and mentally, Most line Managers unsupportive, Lots of over complex admin, sometime meaning don't finish until 10 11 at night, As of first part of 2022 hourly rates of pay, but threatening to return to payment on interview only, No feeling of teamwork.
