Pros

Flexible, self managed diary. Get to meet a lot of different people. Interesting, albeit often repetitive work.

Cons

Poorly paid, with little clarity around the complex pay structure. Everyone presents as friendly but in reality there is a general lack of support—it always seems to be someone else’s responsibility. Huge, and largely unpaid, admin burden—especially concerning decrepit, constantly failing IT systems.

Pros

Good for independent workers as hours are flexible although you need to stagger work load across day/evening and weekend Pay variable with opportunity to earn more if you have a higher %of successful interviews

Cons

Virtual role with little interaction with other team members
