Great Name- Poor Structure

Pros

The name holds a lot of value in the company, and a number of client relationships are very solid

Cons

The management are the office downfall, lack of structure and severe lack of training.

Pros

Don’t have to make sales calls. Step towards in-house if that’s of interest.

Cons

No career progression, no learning, no work life balance, low commission, low basic, the office is in a basement and they are not very clear about whats expected. The managers have favorites and certain people are allowed to come in late and not hit targets and others are not which isn’t fair.

They recruited me with no experience and put me on site as an IT agent. Lovely staff

2 week rolling contract was not very secure
