Pros

Great place to learn. Most coworkers are great!

Cons

Management is corrupt and will throw everyone else under the rug to save themselves.

Pros

Some of the regular employees are great.

Cons

Bloated management who get paid too much for what they actually do. If any of the people in management had to do the sales job they expect, they all would fail. Including and especially the CEO. If you want to feel underpaid and under appreciated, this is the place for you. There are print shops in the local prisons that likely treat their staff better. An occasional gift with the company logo, to the same people is not employee appreciation, and the pay is a joke.

Pros

I have been with namify for a while and have loved it. If you're willing to work hard and put in the positive you'll get good things in return. They like to appreciate their employees and have great company wide events that make you feel like you're a valued part of the team.

Cons

Some of the upper management individuals can be hard to work with but for the most part everyone is very kind and willing to help out.

Pros

The co workers were great to work with.

Cons

Management was terrible. They killed my work morale and didn't care about any of my concerns. I was terrified to show up to work and try to get through the day without being worried if I'd get reprimanded.

Pros

You'll learn how much stress you can handle before snapping.

Cons

Being here makes you miserable. The managers were arrogant, baking orders and expecting miracles with zero direction. Every week felt like pure chaos, with people getting blamed for problems leadership caused. HR was useless too, always protecting management, no matter how bad things got. I watched good people walk out no one after another, because of the horrible treatment and the constant discrimination that everyone just pretended didn't exist. The stress was unreal, and the only thank you I ever got was after I handed in my resignation. If you value your sanity, avoid this place completely.

Pros

Working overtime and getting paid for those hours seemed good at the beginning.

Cons

Overtime work was required because there were too many pending jobs but not enough staff. Though we get paid for the extra hours, I’d rather not push myself to exhaustion! The thing is, management doesn’t care if any of us gets sick, broke our back, or if we could recover from anything that happens to us!

We’re sorry to hear you were so exhausted. Unfortunately, we don’t have any employees who are scheduled more than 37.5 hours per week, and we had only a handful that worked a few hours of overtime in the 4th quarter. We are unable to validate the excessive overtime you speak of. We do have incredibly low turnover (less than 5%) in our departments, so we also are unable to validate the high turnover comment. We are sorry that your employment with us didn’t meet your expectations and we do wish you the best.

Pros

I've been working here for about over a month and so far I'm enjoying the work experience and coworkers. We all get along pretty well and it's been fun learning new processes. I got really lucky getting this role as it helps me with my future roles in project management.

Cons

This company doesn't offer as many days off compared to other companies, which isn't a huge problem. But I was a little surprised. Health coverages could use some work as I do have a wife and daughter so the cost would really stack up. I will need to go to Healthcare marketplace to find something to fulfill out needs

Pros

If you consider learning how to survive an unhealthy environment, then maybe that counts.

Cons

I walked into this place expecting a decent job, but the longer I stayed, the more the managers' attitude dragged everyone down. The whole environment felt disrespectful, with workloads piling up because nothing was organized and no one was fixing the broken processes. It got tiring watching leadership push unrealistic expectations while shrugging off responsibility, almost like accountability never existed. Management makes careless decisions and it's borderline unethical. People were treated as numbers instead of human beings. You could sense subtle discrimination in how pay, schedules, and opportunities were handed out. By the time anyone gets recognition, it's usually because they are already leaving, which tells you everything you need to know. Every day felt like a guessing game because there were no real systems in place. Tasks changed on the fly, priorities got shuffled for no reason, and you'd get blamed for things you were never even told to do. The communication style from leadership was just pure attitude, like they were annoyed you needed clarity in the first place. After a while, you start to realize that the whole setup is built on people burning out and being replaced. Nobody lasts long because the environment wears you down mentally and physically. You end up dragging yourself through long hours, barely supported, while listening to management act like everything falling apart is somehow the employees' fault. It gets old fast.

Pros

The only pro I have is that the insurance plans were good.

Cons

Pay Company organization “Fire Friday” (where managers joke about who will be fired this week) Company processes are absolutely non existent OR work so poorly that they may as well be non existent Profit over people ALWAYS Unrealistic expectations due to the lack of good processes. Chief team takes zero accountability Workplace and pay discrimination based upon race HR is not there for the employees, they’re there to make sure that management gets what they want.
