Pros

Working overtime and getting paid for those hours seemed good at the beginning.

Cons

Overtime work was required because there were too many pending jobs but not enough staff. Though we get paid for the extra hours, I’d rather not push myself to exhaustion! The thing is, management doesn’t care if any of us gets sick, broke our back, or if we could recover from anything that happens to us!

We’re sorry to hear you were so exhausted. Unfortunately, we don’t have any employees who are scheduled more than 37.5 hours per week, and we had only a handful that worked a few hours of overtime in the 4th quarter. We are unable to validate the excessive overtime you speak of. We do have incredibly low turnover (less than 5%) in our departments, so we also are unable to validate the high turnover comment. We are sorry that your employment with us didn’t meet your expectations and we do wish you the best.

Pros

Small-ish company so you get to know pretty much everyone People are generally polite to your face The jobs are straight forward

Cons

Passive aggressive environment If you're a woman or person of color, but preform at a manager level or higher, you'll be openly passed over for advancement while still being expected to do the work Subject to "termination without cause" if you speak up Lowest pay they can get away with No interest in developing or maintaining talent Have a preference for hiring single mothers because they "know they're in desperate need and generally submissive due to low self esteem" You will be guilted into all kinds of extra hours and tasks in the name of "service" It's a job. Don't do one thing they don't pay you for.

Pros

If you consider learning how to survive an unhealthy environment, then maybe that counts.

Cons

I walked into this place expecting a decent job, but the longer I stayed, the more the managers' attitude dragged everyone down. The whole environment felt disrespectful, with workloads piling up because nothing was organized and no one was fixing the broken processes. It got tiring watching leadership push unrealistic expectations while shrugging off responsibility, almost like accountability never existed. Management makes careless decisions and it's borderline unethical. People were treated as numbers instead of human beings. You could sense subtle discrimination in how pay, schedules, and opportunities were handed out. By the time anyone gets recognition, it's usually because they are already leaving, which tells you everything you need to know. Every day felt like a guessing game because there were no real systems in place. Tasks changed on the fly, priorities got shuffled for no reason, and you'd get blamed for things you were never even told to do. The communication style from leadership was just pure attitude, like they were annoyed you needed clarity in the first place. After a while, you start to realize that the whole setup is built on people burning out and being replaced. Nobody lasts long because the environment wears you down mentally and physically. You end up dragging yourself through long hours, barely supported, while listening to management act like everything falling apart is somehow the employees' fault. It gets old fast.

Thank you for the feedback. We have invested heavily into our training and support for the customer service team. We recognize that we had deficiencies and gaps and have worked hard to close them and create a more structured learning experience and work environment. We wish you the best.

Pros

If you're desperate for a job, it’s better than nothing, I suppose…

Cons

Terrible pay, zero benefits, long hours, and exhausting workloads. Employees don’t even get opportunities to advance, so working here long-term isn’t worth it. There are a lot of better companies to work for instead of Namify.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t reflect the culture and opportunities we work hard to provide at Namify. We’d like to clarify a few important points: Competitive Benefits: Our benefits are designed to be stronger than many in the market, including up to 31 paid days off per year (a combination of PTO, holidays, and additional programs). Balanced Schedules: All of our shifts are Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day, which we believe supports a healthy work–life balance. Career Growth: We’re proud to share that, on average, 33% of our employees are promoted internally each year, reflecting our commitment to recognizing talent and creating real career pathways. We understand that no workplace is perfect for everyone, but we remain committed to putting people first, providing strong benefits, and investing in our team’s growth.

Pros

Anyone who enjoys constant chaos and watching leadership avoid responsibility will find plenty of that here.

Cons

- Pay is poor, benefits are nonexistent, and workloads are relentlessly exhausting - Expectations are wildly unrealistic and completely disconnected from reality - There are no real processes, only panic-driven decisions and constant last-minute demands - Long hours are treated as normal - Jokes about firing staff create a tense and intimidating atmosphere - Profit is always prioritized over people, with no accountability when things collapse - Growth opportunities do not exist, and development is ignored - Discrimination is a real issue, and fairness feels optional There are far better places to work than this, and staying here only leads to burnout and frustration.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience with Namify did not meet your expectations. We are absolute in holding our people accountable to the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and ownership. Our less than 5% turnover demonstrates that our employees that buy in to our high standards stay because they are happy, supported, have a path of growth, and are well-treated. We wish you the best!
