Pros
I can't speak for the company as a whole since I just work in production, but Namify has that sort of unspoken family vibe. I can tell everyone cares about each other and everyone is really kind. Production is really fun and it doesn't really feel like work if you're a crafty person. My manager is understanding and will adjust my schedule should something come up, and I feel comfortable talking to her if I have a concern. Everyone is willing to help each other and it's just a really fun place to be!
Cons
Occasionally sales reps can be salty, but it's understandable. Also, there are different names for the same product which can get confusing. Sometimes a bad egg will be hired which can cause problems within the workplace, or someone who doesn't have a good work ethic or not enough experience can slow things down.
