      Decent benefits, Respond well to personal circumstances. No difficulties with team members or management.

      Cons

      Not much interaction with employees contracted out. Hard to avail of knowledge sharing or growth opportunities but not impossible.

      A waterfall process sweatshop with punitive legal contracts for its employees. Avoid at all costs.

      Pros

      -Good benefits. They offer you a 'bonus' pay equal to one month's salary on your first day. -Convenient location if you live near the Makati CBD

      Cons

      -Frequent overtime and coding death marches. -Waterfall, process-heavy shop. There's red tape everywhere and the politics are rife with nepotism. -There's a draconian contact clause that says you have to repay that 'bonus' if you leave the company before a year. It's completely illegal in Denmark, yet somehow it's a feature in the Philippines. -Group think is strongly enforced. You'll be punished for suggesting new ideas to management or for questioning the status quo.
