Barely any welfare, very little increment and bonuses

- Low salary - No work-life balance - Worst project management - No proper KT is given to any new joiners who ask to start work soon and expect to deliver work on time without considering the learning curve when joining a new project. Everyone is busy with their own work so have to self learn the system. - No recognition and reward - Expect people to work till late at night and weekends without prior notice and there is no comp off after the work is done. But the PM agreed to give comp off before the work started. - During 3 months period 19 people resigned from the project including Project Managers and 2 Enhancement Mangers. - Asked to be online even when taking MC or AL as the work is a priority for the management
