Pros
Management provides plenty of opportunities for feedback on current systems and procedures. Excellent CEOs, very professional and respectful. There is genuine effort placed towards improving the culture and providing a healthy work environment - rare for a young company.
Cons
Volume of work can be overwhelming at times, but there is always something to do which creates a speedy day and pushes you to be as efficient as possible. This job has really impacted how I work going forward (in a positive way).
