Pros
People here are generally great at their jobs and have excellent team mentality.
Cons
In some cases I felt the company went overboard, like requiring employees to come in once every few months on their days off to deep clean the restaurant. I liked the place clean but this seemed like an unfair burden (for very low pay) on employees. Just get a cleaning crew!
