      I really can not think of anything positive

      Cons

      The company does not really look after its employees - Long working hours, Low pay and lack of direction. In particular the owner only cares about making money . The quality of work is well below average and I am really surprised how they can get away with this! It is not a suitable company for junior engineers as they won't get a chance to learn. Additionally, MES is not a good choice for experienced senior engineers who want to earn a decent salary or become a principal engineer.

      A handful of supportive colleagues

      Cons

      Management's "unique" leadership style, which often involves expecting employees to work late nights and weekends, ensuring we never run out of things to do. Compensation is far below market standards, making it hard to justify the extra hours and effort. Big shoutout to the management for their unique leadership style, it's been eye-opening, to say the least. It has taught me resilience in ways I never imagined

      Offices are okay. Costa downstairs with nice big canteen

      Cons

      No clear career development. No paid overtime and they expect you to give up evening and weekend time. No added benefits for working hard.
