Pros
- Good people, PM is pretty chill. - Flexible with off-time (you can always ask them to go out for a couple hours if you need to do something).
Cons
- Deadlines are never respected. - The organization of the projects is quite bad, developers can't even keep up properly with their work and are generally cut half-task to add another feature or fix a bug that's not necessarily critical.
