Pros
Friendly HR staff and nothing else to add.
Cons
entire solution is done using C, only part of the system is Java, they hire you permanently only to fix bugs once done you are forced to learn C or leave. 2 developers before me left the office and one stayed with old C language. Internal politics are potent can't be creative when you wrok.
