helpful team mate and only the team mates

company have the history of many many times and years terminate people whenever they want by forcing them send resignation letter. they like to hire people by batch and terminate that batch if they dont perform. the system is not stable at all. no one really know the system.. the one who know how to operate is not an easy person to dealt with. she's grumpy and annoying. it's an annoying system to calibrate and hard to setup.
