      Pros

      Working in the home automation sector is exciting. Things happen fast and the general feeling is that you get to decide how the future looks. Feedback is well received and everybody can have his voice heard.

      Cons

      The company has grown fast. So fast that it didn't quite get a chance to lay down a fully working development process. Many times you find yourself fishing for specs, server side support or just a person that knows how the final product should look. Everything is very dynamic and young -- but this is not always a good thing.
