Pros
- Nice colleagues, most of them - Good location of the office - Home office available when necessary - Lunch catering - OK for people who don't expect much development
Cons
- High requirements from management do not match remuneration - Top management can't motivate employees - Lacking clear structure and responsibilitis - Lacking middle management, all decision are taken by top management - Chaos in projects, planning, tasks prioritisations and communication with clients - Missing high competence in energy sector - Product development is managed badly and products cannot get enough competitive - Big dependancy from Overgas - Annual assesment looks corporate but it is actually pointless and demotivating process - Bonuses are just a nice word, didn't see any

Despite the small size, the diversity of the project and customers gives everyone an opportunity to grow in every direction with no limitations
Cons
The utility industry as a whole is extremely competitive. The company has a great potential but has not achieved it yet.
