      > If you are a fresher, you will have ample opportunities to prove yourself and make a name for yourself. >If you are joining as experienced, you will have all the resources available to make the product quality better and support from senior management. > Senior people at MDS are helpful and will only add to your professional experience > If you are willing to go extra mile, salary compensation will never be a problem. > Since, it is mostly service based company, client composition is somewhat mixed. Some clients are excellent while some are just pain. > Less politics and more work (Although, it depends on you)

      Cons

      - Not enough Quality managers / Project coordinators. - Canteen services are not available.

      Small company with no standards

      Pros

      I don't have anything to say on this, No extra benefit what you can get in other companies as well.

      Cons

      -you will get your salary on 7th of every month. .i.e they will hold you 7 days salary every time. If there is bank holiday on 7th you will get your salary on 8th. - No cafeteria - Management hide information from clients - over commitments to client - Wrong hiring

      Pros

      Its very good company to learn for beginners. You will be provided with global exposure to clients. Very flexible timing for work and you will get WFH whenever you want. if you are good at your work, you will get good hikes.

      Cons

      You will not be provided more perks as cab facility, free food.
