      The product is incredible and something to really be proud of.

      Cons

      The current CEO is not a great leader. There are some people under him that try to lead but a lot of good people have left because of the culture he has created.

      1. sometimes very hierarchical 2. now less and less foreign colleagues 3. sometimes very frustrated with all the pressure, the meetings and ppt.
