Pros

Great pay and work from home options. There are many wonderful and kind people across different groups amd businesses.

Cons

Feedback about inefficiencies disregarded and ignored. On the job training incorrect and lots more unnecessary. Do as i say but not as i do attitude. Insulted, humiliated, gaslit more than once creating a toxic environment. Inconsistencies all the time. Not conducive to job satisfaction or happiness.

It's important for the company to strike a balance between financial goals and the welfare of its employees. 3) Company Stability and Layoffs: The company's history of instability and frequent layoffs can create uncertainty and anxiety among employees. It's crucial for the company to address this issue by providing clearer communication about its financial situation and taking into consideration the various circumstances of employees affected by layoffs. Theres is little consideration for various employee circumstances during layoffs. The company should strive to provide support and resources to affected employees and consider alternative measures to minimize the negative impact on their lives. 4) In some cases, customers are allowed to by pass the correct support procedures, which can lead to extended work hours for the development team. This situation can be stressful and affect work-life balance.
