Company will terminate 'under performing" employees during the first month of the training program. This is done after the first mock presentation. They are no second chances.

- Enjoyment of work contributed to the web applications I have worked on - Enjoyment of the people and dynamics of the teams - Good PTO policy - Good hybrid option and WFH options - Great onboarding and training program

- Not being able to work remotely outside of your home address - No employee stock purchase plan - Merchandise not extended - Recent mass firing of employees without a warning regarding their penalties of work from home submissions - Inability to provide compensation for a parking pass year round (rotation system where each employee must use public transportation 1 month out of the year)

Thank you for your feedback. While in-office work is vital for team collaboration and development, we are very proud of our hybrid work-from-home structure that is available for most employees. Additionally, we provide PTO and flex time to ensure we create a flexible environment for a workforce with diverse needs. Training is extremely important for all new employees given the regulations and high standards we have within the CRO industry. We are very proud of the training programs we have in place here at the organization, not only for new employees, but for ongoing learning as employees continue to advance within the organization. While we do not offer an employee stock purchase plan, we do have a designated team that regularly reviews our compensation and benefits to ensure we are being competitive within our industry.

With our CRAs in particular we reward them not just with base compensation, but with an opportunity to earn significant additional compensation tied directly to their travel and performance as well as the opportunity to earn Medpace equity awards very early in their career. Employees have several opportunities for financial growth with our annual merit review and promotion cycles for each career path which is based on minimum requirements and overall performance. Training and development department is one of the best training programs I have experienced in my career. The comradery between co-workers on the same level with you is excellent and co-workers share lessons and experiences with each other in order to help better each other in their roles.

Cons

Management is not helpful and overworked conditions. Industry standard for a CRA is 6-8 monitoring visits per month, Working 11-14 while at Medpace was not uncommon with CTMs claiming still not enough work getting done. When I talked to my manager on a on-site visit, where they were with me, I asked if they could help I was informed "I am your evaluator not your assistant why would I help you". That same manager came to the site an hour late and left two hours early.

Inadequate pay, poor upper management, poor CEO functioning (it is clear and evident the oversight he has over ALL company decisions. Decisions seem to be made rashly with no insight from others), reversed Work from Home policy, terrible training program, high turnover and frequent team changes, poor reputation among CROs. CEO clearly doesn’t value employees and has said he’d replace us all with AI if he could.

Upper management micromanaged me heavily. Was nitpicked over minor things that didn't pertain to the job, and they didn't allow work from home at the time. It's possible they have changed since my time there,
