Pros
Lots of opportunity for growth. I’ve received 10 years of experience squeezed into 1. Pay really well.
Cons
The company is growing so fast that changes and decision are made long before any of their employees know about it. You feel out of the loop and often confused. Mid level management needs a lot of work (Common sense decisions are made at the VP level).

Training staff and crew members are great to work with, good vibe and get to learn alot
Cons
Management is a joke, no matter how long your at the company they find reasons not to give out raises, shrunk crews down to two people and increased the workload at the same time, no matter how much you were able to get done in one day it was never enough

The only pro I found was the people you work with are like minded and easy to get along with. Additionally Mears is willing to assist with certifications but unfortunately...

The cons outweigh the pros. Turn over is extremely high. You will see many good people leave over the long hours and the pay is NOT competitive. You can expect to maybe get a raise after 3 years. I repeatedly brought up a cost of living adjustment and was denied a raise. Communication is abysmal and lacking that you either have to figure out what you're doing or simply ask questions. But apparently asking question is taken as not knowing what you're doing. What do you expect when you come in on a project and it's barely 50% finished? While some of the people are nice to work with the overall culture is extremely toxic and morale is low.

Good pay, plenty if safety precautions in addition to OSHA regulations, good benefits, and plenty of work.

They have a very strict safety program and it must be followed or you will be fired for the smallest violation.
