Pros
Great team, not much experience required to start, management is supportive for the most part. The schedule is very flexible and understanding of any kind of personal obligations you may have. You won't be overworked or anything and the work environment is overall pretty good. IT team is small, under 20 people so expect a tighter knit group but you won't be micromanaged.
Cons
Pay is relatively low and there isn't much of an opportunity to advance as there isn't much of a promotion ladder. Pay raises are reviewed yearly but only about a 2%-3% raise so don't expect large pay raises or any bonuses at all. Expect starting pay somewhere between $18-$20 per hour so this may or may not be a con for you but for a position that does not require any formal education this is pretty decent.
