Pros

Very interesting tech, product, and market opportunities. Large organizations and small individuals use the product, and there is so much more growth potential.

Cons

Zero comradery, sense of team, collaboration, or general company culture. Management and leadership are disorganized, distant, and overall unexperienced.

Interesting technology and work opportunities.

Cons

I had a strikingly similar experience to previous reviews, so it seems not much has changed in the years since. I can literally copy and paste previous reviews: "Zero comradery, sense of team, collaboration, or general company culture. Management and leadership are disorganized, distant, and overall unexperienced." ... It was shocking to read this review, because of how similar it was to my experience: "Was very excited to start my role here. Ultimately, my start consisted of one 30 minute disorganized zoom call giving me no direction or info, followed by being left 100% alone after that. No training, no true guidance on how to even start to learn the product in order to do my job. I was constantly having to ask for follow-ups and collaboration, which shouldn't have to be asked for. There was quite literally no interaction or even sense/feeling of this being a real company, (and no introduction to other 'teammates" either.) Leadership was blunt, never around to help, would cancel phone calls last minute, provide no performance updates, remain distant, and just seemed overall inexperienced at how to lead, all the while placing that blame on the employee for not delivering during any unspecified timeline. I worked hard to learn the product and company tone on my own regardless of this, had a personal file of completed, publish-ready work ready to send once they answered a few of my questions, and then they ghosted me for a week before ending my time there via one informal Slack message." On top of these experiences, the work environment is dark and I was told I should NOT listen to music in my headphones while I worked...
