      Pros

      50% discount. That’s the only pro of this company.

      Cons

      Holiday blackout period..March and September?! Why it’s not even busy then? Plus 6 weeks in summer are blackout periods. It wouldn’t happen in an English company like cos, h and m, warehouse, Topshop, river island. Where is the work/life balance? Only 4 months of the year you are able to take holidays. Micro management by top line. The uniform. The list is endless..

      The worst company I have ever worked for

      Good discount - however staff are not allowed to wear stock they buy during their shifts anymore due to new uniform guidelines.

      Cons

      This is the most unprofessional, incompetent company I have ever worked for. They have little to no regard for the well being of their staff. During my time in Maje I have witnessed three unfair dismissals of concession managers in one store alone. Management lie constantly. The pay is average at best and we receive no commission or benefits. Very high turnover of staff.
