      I have been with Magna Technology Group since 2018, and it has been an incredible journey. The culture is strong, supportive, and built around genuinely capable people who care about doing great work. What sets MTG apart is its energy and execution, unlike larger firms where you can feel like just another number, here you are trusted, empowered, and part of a team that moves fast and delivers real impact.

      Pros

      Able to learn a lot. Very amicable work environment. Although fast paced, the entire company supports you with client or internal initiatives.

      Cons

      Onboarding may not be as streamlined as possible.

      Great people, Ownership is down to Earth and logical. Smooth onboarding and training. You can tell that everyone cares about each other and doing well. Opportunity for growth is everywhere is you want it.
