Able to learn a lot. Very amicable work environment. Although fast paced, the entire company supports you with client or internal initiatives.

Cons

Onboarding may not be as streamlined as possible.

Pros

As a career change new hire everyone has been very supportive and kind. There is an emphasis on learning and growth and over my time so far I have grown so much. It is a very collaborative group that wants to see everyone succeed. The work is remote but I have been able to meet everyone at this point so there is the human touch as well. Benefits and help with certifications are also great!

None that I can think of so far!
