      There is no pros working in this company.

      Cons

      Micro Management, Zero Focus ( Boss is attracted only to money). Daily Hustle and Chaos (harsh words from the boss due to his emotional), No Development Plans in company future (Talk big but do nothing) The boss will ask you do anything for his own benefit and money, that including cheating Like to criticize others company.

      Small office, used to have some nice colleagues.

      Cons

      What was said in the interview does not translate to actual job scope leading to mismatch of expectations. Boss uses harsh words when in bad mood or position during discussion.
