      Pros

      there is no pros in this studio. (I can say that because I have 10 years of exp. in the industry and worked with multiple international studios) only you will get WFH all the time but that is the worst part for this studio coz.. I almost worked with them for a year and I had never ever seen any project run in the correct direction. all the projects are run on trial bases or prototype. there has 4 projects been shut down without any intimation or notice and the investors also pulling themself out. so you never know that what happen Inside they never let you know that if you working from home. on top of that they are not doing quality work their client base is belongs to NFT things. DO NOT go for this studio.

      Pros

      Just the remote work and a friendly HR Department with a lot of ideas, caring and kind but with limited force however. None else.

      Unfortunately this is a toxic environment. All this toxicidy of cource begins from the upper management that is unfair and has no experience in choosing employees. Furthermore, toxicity exists in the departments as well. Choosing for ''leaders'' employees that do not have experience for ''head'' positions, but none of the required qualifications for the potisions as well . Also, some of those managers not only lack experience but act with discrimination, do not lead, show no respect to their team members and are ubsent a lot of hours during the day!
