Unfortunately this is a toxic environment. All this toxicidy of cource begins from the upper management that is unfair and has no experience in choosing employees. Furthermore, toxicity exists in the departments as well. Choosing for ''leaders'' employees that do not have experience for ''head'' positions, but none of the required qualifications for the potisions as well . Also, some of those managers not only lack experience but act with discrimination, do not lead, show no respect to their team members and are ubsent a lot of hours during the day!
