    Senior Modeler Interview

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic Games (Montreal, QC (Canada)) in March 2020.

    Interview

I was referred to the company by a friend of the Studio manager.
I did a phone coversation with Studio Manager first. I was then asked to do a interview with a recruiter. I then had a third interview with a company outside of Montreal who is doing a specific business with Epic Montreal.

I was then asked to do a art test, I had two weeks to do it, and with the WFH all I could offer was I did it in about three days total. I wait about a week to get the most horrible junior artist feedback on my work, littered with inaccuracies of someone who is clearly not experienced in 3D or perhaps just a way to blow off my candidacy based some other reason. I write this because I am tired of being discounted, overlooked, besmirched and demeaning my hard work I had done.
