Freshers would get to learn a bit in the first 1-2 years of the 3 year bond at the company
Cons
3 years bond Hardly 5% increment per year without any bonuses Worst management Not recommended for experienced professionals at all

-No cabins on purpose to let mangers always pry your desktop, so always active -Good to learn new things with a helpful team -Business communication well nourished due to one to one exposure to global clients
Cons
-Salary hike always low , pay scale not revised for worthy -Less staff , hence overburdened and extra stress to all -Staff leaves always an issue -No appreciation -Extra working hours -Stagnant technology, no much knowledge gain
