there are no pros at all
Cons
they want the best, most professional guards. but will not pay to match that standard, not even close. will ignore any and all emails sent to head office, this includes things as small as uniform requests to things as large as not being paid in full and requesting help with that. they will pay you what they owe you eventually, but only if YOU notice. so if you are going to be working here check your pay stubs. company sucks. people around you directly are alright though, plus one star for that.
