      You have so many opportunities to grow and move up and around, as well as the pay is highly competative.

      Im in the union so the hours and shift preference can be based on seniority

      Pay scale is good for the area. Supervision give you the freedom to self direct in most cases.

      Cons

      Training is minimal. Living under competing goals with very little guidance from supervision.
