Lockheed Martin Interview Questions

Scheduled an initial phone interview with a project manager for the program I was applying to. They had me select a time on their calendar. Before the meeting, I had my resume and everything ready beforehand.

I did some Online tests which I passed, then they Invited me to a virtual assessment centre with about 30 other students, there were no technical questions, all questions were competency based.

Good interview, nice people. No complaints about the process. Timely response. Nice campus. The company Paid for travel to the interview and housing/food for the 2 day interview event. Good experience.

After the initial interview at the career fair, I had an on site interview. They had a round robin type interview where you interviewed for one position, then switch to talk to someone else.

A straightforward process that was not too difficult. Talked to 2 different people and asked questions regarding my knowledge on the subject along with behavioral questions. Overall good experience and interview.

The process was simple I got an email from the recruiter asking if I was still interested in the role and got an interview with the manager a week later. The interview wasn't that bad, mainly behavioral questions and OOP questions.

Applied through school where Lockheed Martin hosted multiple interview days. One interview which was behavioral and basically going over my resume. Very simple and easy process, but the only hassle is having to get a security clearance.
