      The boss is very toxic in nature Absence of empathy from the boss Poor communication skills of the Manager(boss) The boss is very disorganized Insluts the employee and uses foul language. The cartoonish stereotype of a mean manager is always in a foul mood, waiting for an opportunity to yell at employees, usually for an issue that is not the employee’s fault.

      Manager will help you to get the work done. Work culture is good and you may have the facility of working remotely

      Cons

      Start up trying hard to get the money. They won't pay you variable pay even after asking many times. They keep delaying it Compensation is not competitive according to market.
