      Terrible, very terrible company. They don't even deserve one star!

      Pros

      Very few. Most of the colleagues are nice and friendly to work with, but only some of them are competent at work.

      Cons

      - No real work balance. Boss always message employees after work hours - People succeed by being the "yes-man" - Employees are treated terribly. Resources are never enough. A simple equipment request (just a mouse!) can never be done - Absolute chaos in management. Boss constantly changes his mind, lying to employees and clients a lot - Unrealistic goals. No sense of the situation of the reality - Definitely the company is crumbling, especially commissions and reimbursement can take ages to proceed! - In conclusion: if you want to stay away from mental torture, this is not the right workplace.

      Pros

      - The people are great - talented, hardworking, fun to work with. Too bad they all left. - You get access to industry events and meet people - The job itself can be fun

      Cons

      - Egotistical boss, unable to take criticism or constructive suggestions, difficult to work with - Upper management is condescending and patronising - Rewards sycophantic behaviour - Management likes to use emotional manipulation and threats, and then questions why morale is low - Company is in financial ruin, poor budget management - People who don't speak up or are inexperienced with dealing with office politics are exploited - Messy structure, no clear company direction - Boss likes to make empty promises and not follow through - Resources are spread too thin, so nothing is being done properly - Cannot keep talent, one person walked out after 3 weeks - Employees are shunted around companies as the boss sees fit

      - Attracts and gives opportunities to bright young talent - Well liked by readers - Typical perks that come with lifestyle media like meeting interesting people, going to media events, and receiving freebies - Spacious and convenient office

      Cons

      - Preys on people's inexperience to bully them into accepting toxic work conditions and low pay - Constant physical and digital surveillance - Paranoid and insecure management drives everyone with a brain away - Questionable business practices - Employees are treated like property - You can't take anything at face value - No way to quit without burning bridges or changing career
