Pros
- they waste money on juices / snacks / bi-weekly deliveroo (to compensate for poor pay and lack of other company benefits..) - the healthcare / dental insurance is decent - you end up trauma-bonding with coworkers and making some good friends
Cons
- bad environment to work in -- cramped, haphazard, and toxicity between photographers / studio and the office team - lack of respect between office and studio teams - very poor pay and lack of promotion opportunities - expectations increase but with no plan, so essentially workload and targets are impossible to reach - not a great area of town to work in
