      unprofessional HR fires agents for defending their rights.

      Pros

      none at all, seriously, none. unless you're male they fire you before probationary period expires.

      Cons

      poor scheduling male-dominated favoritism team leads who lie about your performance HR will lie and promise you ANYTHING to accept the position but none of it reflects in contracts or is honored. they have a no-retaliation policy that they disregard and terminate agents for seeking help from management.
