Good knowledge base of Techs, they are able to handle any issues and problems with much panic. Wide range of skills between all techs
Cons
Small office can get a little hectic at times, like most other small companies can be a hassle on 151 when the fairground is open with traffic

Very smart and informative. They know their stuff. A lot is thrown at the techs, does not matter what level you are or experience, you wear a different hat every day.
Cons
Ownership is generous, needs to learn to rely on employees more and limit micromanagement.
