Zero progression opportunities, Zero benefits, Culture of delivering incorrect or non-working updates to platforms causing problems across the board, There is now a company-wide culture of accepting the low quality deliverables that get pushed out and the issues it causes with clients as it has been going on years with no change, Management incapable of making structural change to improve business processes,
