      The team are a great bunch, despite working remotely there is an atmosphere of joint effort and collective ethos. You can feel the passion for the products they produce and why they are doing it.

      Cons

      Not too many to think of. Budgets can occasionally be an issue when trying to introduce new ideas.

      Place of joy with directors actively participating. Having a deep concern for the team while also being hands-on. You get the impression that what you do matters, and there is respect shown in both directions.
