Pros
I report to the US; managers are very understanding and expect you to be fully independent. There's a lot of learning opportunities, and you learn to manage your time since you're fully independent.
Cons
Isolated since I'm in a global team - hard to gel with local colleagues. Results produced aren't always valued by local stakeholders, even though regional stakeholders always try to tell you that it's valuable. Very messy data and backend systems, reports are all in excel and all over the place
