      Experienced Professionals Stay Away

      Pros

      - Only 3rd Saturday Off. Sometimes 3rd Saturday will be also working if they have given an extra holiday during month. - Good for freshers only (Experienced think twice before joining)

      Cons

      - Micromanagement at very "Granule" level. - Work culture is pathetic. - No Work from home (Don't even think about it) - Complete 9 to 6 kind of desk job. - No allowance/compensation for extra working hours. - Strict timings like a school. - Incompetent team leads/managers - No extra allowances if you are visiting client side. You have to bear the cost of travelling no matter what.

      Very helpful team, no politics

      Cons

      Very bad work environment, no long term vision, no hr policies, high pressure work environment, no well defined roles, impractical targets. The only reason the company is still running is because of the hardworking team members and as the company is in Surat which has very few IT companies so current employees find very difficult to find jobs outside.
